On Reid's birthday last Monday we made cupcakes. He was the biggest help! He loves to get on the step stool and help me cook, so this was right up his alley.
First he got all the cupcake cups in the tin openings for me
We were about to make the icing...I had to remind him that Lovey and Lion probably needed to be away from the food. We woudn't want them to get dirty!
He was so very excited about the chocolate sprinkles. We've been reading "If You Give a Cat a Cupcake" which deals with sprinkles, sprinkles, sprinkles!
Reid decided on blue icing...and then he wanted it red...and then he wanted it green. THe trio of colors made the following:
He did such a SUPER job!
Time to eat!

I'm so thankful for cameras...I got this shot of him saying in a very dramatic voice, "It's DELICIOUS!" I started laughing so hard.
He was so proud! So was I...and the cupcakes were yummy too!
That is so cute! How fun that he helped you out with them. I should probably attempt that with Luke one day soon--he would love it!! :)
