Guess Who's Almost ONE?

That's right--me! Caroline was 11 months old on September 27th...time.is.flying.by...wow.  She is our baby doll and we just adore our little girl.  We're very fond of her toothy smile right now as you can see.  She still loves to crinkle that little button nose as you can see below...

Caroline loves exploring in the playroom and everywhere in the house.  She's already tried to climb out of her crib, only to fall backwards from a failed attempt.  She's our little adverturous gal!

She has to watch her back b/c big bro loves her, but he also loves to tackle her when we're not watching.  She's going to be one tough cookie!

She is such a thumb sucker like her Daddy was.  Her thumb is just the best stress reliever ever!

Have  I mentioned how much she likes to sing?  You should hear her go crazy on the mic...future Carrie Underwood?  Taylor Swift?  ;-)

That's right, I can sing!

You adore that big brother of yours even if he does bully you sometimes!

What else can I pull up on around the house?

We love you Miss Caroline!  I'm still in a little shock that you are about to turn one.  I just had you last week!  Okay, so not really but it feels like you were just born and zoom...a year has almost gone by.  You are such a little joy.  You are still a gal that knows what she like and when she likes it.  I love that about you!  You love to mimic Mommy, Daddy and big Brother.  You are now waving "Hi!" and "Bye!" to people and telling me when you're "All Done" with your meal.  You can say Mama, Dada, hi and Mine.  It is a little sad that one of your first words is "mine" but also comical.  Reid loves to say this to you as you crawl over to one of his toys.  Just today he yelled "MINNNEEE!" and you yelled, "Mine!" back.  Too funny!

You are crawling EVERYWHERE and climbing EVERYTHING.  We had to put the gate back up on the stairs, darn it all.  You were halfway up them yesterday (I was observing how far you'd go).  You would have gone all the way up had I let you.  I didn't...not yet, at least!  You LOVE food.  You are eating a lot of table food now, and doing well.  Bananas and bread make you sooo happy.  Cheerios, not so much.  ?!?!  You are pulling up on everything, but have yet to cruise.  You LOVE bathtime so much.  Splashing is a new fave, and when I say splashing I mean crazy big splashing.
