See You Later, 3!

Sniff, sniff, sniff...in one month my baby boy turns 4.  F-O-U-R!  4.  What?!  Yes.  I'm in shock.  He's growing up so dad gum fast.  He has become the funniest little man around, however he has also become one of the strongest willed little men around as well.  I just love him.  Here are some pics from a trip to Houston this summer to visit Gigi where we loved just getting to hang out.

His little face just kills me...probably b/c I'm his mommy, but seriously, he's just so cute.  I can totally hear him talking after looking up into the sky.  Probably talking about a remote control that takes you to Heaven (that's how he thinks he can get there--we're working on this!). 

He adores his little sister although she sure can be pesky.  She always seems to pick the toy he wants before he knows he wants it, darn it all!  Life is so hard.  However, on the flip side, if Caroline is sad it makes him so sad and he wants her to be okay immediately.  It's so sweet.

On a sidenote, little Birdie has some major natural curls in the humidity.  I guess when you have a mommy and daddy with natural curls it's inevitable.  Can't wait to see it the older she gets!
