Stylin' Profilin'

Have you heard of The Big Mama Blog?  Well Big Mama (who is actually teeny tiny and tall) came to speak to the MOPS group I attend this past Monday.  She was really fun, funny and fashionable.  She spoke to us on fashion since she has a "Fashion Fridays" section on her blog, emphasizing that what really matters is what's in the heart.  However, we all know it's fun to dress up!  It's also fun to realize that you aren't the only one who absolutely loathes shorts even though you live in Texas.  Bring on the sundress!

Reid, Caroline and I were in a fashion show beforehand put on by Old Navy and a local children's boutique.  While they did a great job showcasing their clothing, Reid was way more interested in banging the drum set left on the stage during the show.  Oh my dear.  What can you do?  That's a rhetorical question b/c yes, I know I could have done something, but I was also chasing little missy in circles onstage.  The fun never stops!

Kyle told me we all looked like hippies or flower children.  (My eyes were rolling).  Oh Kyle, you know you love our attire!  Reid's shirt is a beatles apple record shirt which I really like.  He needs to be cultured in music both old and new if you ask me.  ;-)
